This is the Large Print version of the Master Form showing the Search Section and Client Information Section.  

• Records can be instantly retrieved based on the information entered in the Search Section.

• A complete spending history and any amount currently owed to you, by the customer, is immediately shown at the bottom of the Client Information Section. 

• Marking the RedFlag field turns the Last Name field bright red to alert you of possible problems when dealing with the customer.  An explanation as to why the customer is red flagged can be made in the Client info field. 

• The Client info field will hold virtually an unlimited amount of information (Unlimited Memo field).  You can even send mail, or print mailing labels based on information in this field (i.e. For pet owners,  you could enter the word Pet in the Client Info field, and later easily send a special mailing to pet owners).

• The past referrals field shows a complete history of referrals from the customer (Unlimited Memo Field).  With ChaChing, it is easy to track referrals... you can even send your referral customers cards or letters without the aid of any other program.

• When entering the postal code for a new record the city and state field will automatically be filled in for you.  The city field can be overwritten in case your service area has more than one city name for a particular postal code.

• When entering a new record you will get a warning if the phone number or address is a duplicate of a previous entry... it warns but allows the duplicate if you desire.

• To view current and past scheduled jobs/orders simply click the "Scheduled Jobs" tab.  To view past jobs/orders click the "Past Orders" tab.

• Another feature, is the ability to right click anywhere on the Master form and print a mailing label, send a letter, send an email, ect. from a pop-up menu.  Click here to see an example of the pop-up menu.

• All the above features are also available on the Small Print version of the Master Form... The Small Print version is merely provided as a way to view all information about your clients on one single computer screen without having to jump all over the place to find the information you want.
