Unless the customer canceling has had previous work done by your company, the cancellation will leave a customer record in the system that does not have a corresponding order.  The PURGE Form provides an easy way to rid your system of these records.

It is a matter of choice whether to purge any or all of these records. If you prefer to keep any of them, it will do no harm. To keep them, will only take up a slight amount of computer disk space. Note, one advantage to keeping these records is if they schedule with your company again in the future, you will already have their name, address, etc., in the database.
