When a customer asks for a particular day, time, or technician, you will immediately know what schedule slots are available at a glance.

The available slots on the schedule are represented by a blue background color.  Each tech is represented by a separate color. 

By selecting a slot with the right mouse button or pressing F12 on the keyboard a pop-up menu appears to aid you.
