How to Build a Pepsi Sprayer

The white "in" coupler is correctly called a  (Ball-Lock Connector, gas)

The black "out" coupler is correctly called a  (Ball-Lock Connector, liquid)

To order the above parts from Automatic Ice & Beverage Company in Birmingham, AL ask for part number: 27-4205-040 for the gas connector and part number 27-4206-039 for the liquid connector.  Their phone number is 205 787 9640.  They also have small parts that can go bad occasionally... such as valve assemblies and "O" rings.

Automatic Ice & Beverage also sells the Stem (part 77-0104-00) and nut (part 77-0101-00) that is used to connect the 1/4 inch hose to the Ball-Lock Connectors.  You WILL NOT find these "Special" parts at places like home depot.  They are made especially for these type of tanks.  The name of the tank is "Super Champion" and is made by the "Cornelius" company.

The tanks can be bought from Hesco, part # CD-2... Hesco calls them Pepsi tanks.  They can also be found at many places on the internet.  Search for Cornelius Beer Kegs and parts. You might also try any local ice and beverage company.  Another internet search that will reveal results is a search for "homebrew" equipment.

I buy my spray wands from “Spraying Systems” (they are the very best that I have found… bar none).  My distributor is located in Birmingham, AL    205-871-7367.  To find the distributor nearest to you go to:  http://spray.com .   You can also order various parts that will eventually wear out or get broken accidentally.   We keep several of these wands and parts on hand.

To get a wand exactly like mine order part # 22670-PP-15-300.  It has a 15 inch wand.  If you prefer a 24 inch wand then order part# 22670-PP-24-300.
