    Wand

    The initial handle on the NEW wand I bought in October broke within four months of purchase. I called TMF, never got a return phone call, as usual. I got a text message that I responded to with the description and a picture, and of course there was no follow up with that either. So I just ordered one off the website, and as usual the shipping charges were 50% of the total cost of a new wand. Piss poor service again and exorbitantly high shipping fees.
